SHIPPING & RETURNS

We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.  We are a small team and it can take up to 4 business days for us to pack your order, although we try to get it out as fast as possible.

Full price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a refund. All items must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Sale product is final sale.  

If you would like to return your purchase, please email hello@shoppesalt.com to begin the process. We offer a simple process for returns but we do not offer free returns! 

  

International Shipping 

Quoted International Shipping Fees do not include custom and duty fees.  The Customer is responsible for all customs and duties fees.
